This creation was made for my daughter's birthday this year, but she never got to wear it!
So apart from one try and and these photos, it hasn't been worn, and now that we have done a photo shoot with it it's for sale to make another little girl feel like a princess
The bodice is a stunning flower fairy print, perfectly positioned and in shades of pink and purple. It has a princess neckline, and the back bodice has an elastic panel made of bright unicorn fabric (not very noticeable when worn but enough to keep unicorn lovers happy!), and pink strap loops - I needed to meet all of my daughter's requests for this one.
The straps are wide dusty pink tulle printed with metallic stars, which criss cross over the back and tie in a bow.
The skirt features 3 layers of the same tulle, cut into a high low circle skirt for maximum twirl and dramatic effect - although not long enough to prevent running, playing and even crawling through secret garden openings
It has a satin underskirt which is only as long as the front skirt - it is finished with horsehair braid on the hemline. This is a narrow stiffener that helps the underskirt to hold it's own shape, which then allows the top skirt to also have shape to it.
I appreciate you reading through this novel, and hope that gives you a good description of the things that the photos don't show
Sizing is pretty standard - my little girl turned 4 in February and wears size 3 and 4 clothes - this style is very adjustable with the straps and elastic panel.
A wearing tip - pull the straps through tight, then adjust the front bodice up to wear it should be, then pull the straps a bit tighter and tie your bow!
